FAQ

What is the typical work schedule like?

Monday through Friday, we start our day at 8:30a each day and work until all jobs are complete, usually between 3-5 pm

Is there a uniform or dress code requirement?

Yes, we provide company uniform shirts and aprons for all employees. Additionally, you will be expected to supply plain black pants that are professional, not see-through, and free of holes or stains, along with black shoes.

Do I have to provide the supplies?

We Provide all cleaning products and tools you need to clean, you just need to stop in as needed to the office to refill your supplies, typically once or twice a week. We do run all W-2 employees, so taxes are handled by the company.

Will I receive training for the position?

Yes, all new hires receive comprehensive training to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role.

Typical Day as an HCT at SCMS

You will work as a Solo Cleaner, which means you get your own set of clients who are your regulars. Since we do work as solo cleaners, that means you don't need to stop into the office every day, you will have a free app you download that contains your schedule of homes each day.
